Review on Headset and Handset Y Splitter Adapter for Nortel, Norstar, Avaya, Ashtra, Mitel, Polycom, Ge and other IP Phones - Telephone Training by Stacy Coolidge

We bought 2 of these for our Mitel 5330 IP phones and they work great! We use them for teaching purposes and the sound quality of the regular headsets we use varies from good (with one headset plugged in) to decent (with two headsets plugged in), but that can be a flaw with cheap headsets. By decent sound I mean we're using speakerphone for the caller on the other end. Still very acceptable and by no means a real criticism and anyone who has used this for educational purposes has had nothing but praise for the splitter and headset.
