In my opinion it is very convenient.
They flex at the back when walking so take the pressure off the heel, softer insoles can be used, only thing is that they are a bit small but overall they are worth every penny.

- I've been using Mizuno for about 7 years now, a little heavy but top notch comfort for an elite runner.

- The weight is higher than other running shoes in the same category
