The bot is very well structured, I can see clearly what the bot is supposed to do and how. The bot is very flexible in the sense that it can work in tandem with other bots, or independently. It has a lot of pre-built features, which makes it easy to get started with. The bot is very customizable, so I can fit it to my needs. It can be a bit slow at times, but it's a good bot. I have not found any downsides to the bot. I recommend it, it's very flexible and customizable. I am solving the need for a bot that can answer simple questions in our organization.
