Review on 💡 Diode Dynamics H11 SL1 LED Fog Light Bulbs Pair in Cool White for Enhanced Visibility by Jevon Sterling

I did extensive research to find a great H11 LED headlight bulb that fits and works well in my 2017 Mazda3 hatchback halogen projector body. Color is excellent, pure white with hints of blue at certain angles. There are just a few things that I found a bit odd right out of the box. One of the lamps was not symmetrical, the metal plate was slightly raised compared to the other side. And there were scratch marks on the metal around the circuit board. I have no idea if it had anything to do with the beam pattern. While the beam pattern went right through my garage door, there wasn't a super good hotspot in the middle. There was also a lot of artifacts on the foreground and sides, and a few dots above the clipping line. There were also some lines at the ends of the beam pattern that interfered with turning. There was also some odd lighting across the cut-off line when the car was parked next to the garage door. You can see some strange shadows in the photos and additional flash leaks. I'll probably be returning them to see if I can get a better pair as defects in the bulbs themselves could be a factor. For the price I'd say they're not worth it for a Mazda3. However, they might work better in a different body. Upgraded to 2 stars as I just noticed a big problem. Both sides bounce off the high beam/DRL reflector panel, creating light that could potentially shine into the windows of cars sitting next to me. Invalid and leads me to believe they have not been tested in my car although I emailed them and they said they would work.
