After owning and using this item for several months, the X-grip that was supposed to hold the phone fell apart one day when I was simply adjusting the area to fit my phone iPhone 7 to install .in the undercase armor. A few days later, a representative from their warranty team emailed me to let me know that the part I had purchased from Revain Prime was was counterfeit and that I should contact Revain for a full refund.
