Works as advertised, very easy to use, just charge, plug in and switch on, it's already in pairing mode and if it was already paired it will connect in less than 5 seconds. I use it as a Bluetooth receiver for my Bose sound system, but it works both ways, meaning it can be plugged into an audio output and streamed via Bluetooth to any paired device to play music. .I don't feel the audio delay, and if I do, it's imperceptible. The sound quality is good and to be honest I don't understand why people are complaining because the sound plays exactly as if the phone was plugged into the audio jack. I don't feel any difference. I recommend.
