The best part of yap is that it automatically detects your customer profile, which helps you target them with relevant offers as per their needs or wants by analyzing various data from different sources in real-time like social media posts etc., Also has an option for manual targeting using filters if needed too! There are some features missing such us multi channel analysis but I am sure they will be added soon after launch!! Nothing much at this point except nothing specific came up during our trials so we can only say all good things about its benefits thus far!! Targeting customers across channels without any hassle & getting better results than other tools out there!
