The software has been used for several years now by our organization as well as other organizations within my industry (and I'm sure there are many more). It's easy enough anyone can use it with little training required or support offered from their side if needed after initial setup / implementation phase was complete - which makes sense since they're not trying too hard at making this "easy" part happen anymore once you get past first few steps into using system properly! You must have very good understanding how things work under hood otherwise will be difficult even when getting help via phone/chat etc.. There shouldn't really any specific thing but just overall general experience level knowledge about programming languages like C++ & Java should suffice so far unless someone specifically knows what he needs exactly before hand? If something goes wrong during installation process then chances we won’t receive assistance until next day due lack availability time zone differences.
