Terrible Tool for Automotive Suspension

This product was a complete waste of my time and money. The instructions were incredibly confusing and difficult to follow, and even after spending hours trying to install it, the tool wouldn't work properly. The only positive aspect of this experience was the customer service, which was helpful when I called to attempt to get a refund.
