I make a vegan black bread that otherwise needs parchment in the pan. Such a pain to put parchment in a bread pan. I decided it was time to try the silicon pan, and I'm so glad I did! excellent baking, and loved tossing it in the dishwasher to clean. Thank you!
- I made banana and zucchini breads in them. Baked perfectly and nothing stuck, so easy clean up!
