When I received the shakers I noticed the rotating parts of the lids were really loose. I bought these to keep the salt from sticking together in very wet conditions and I didn't think the lids would help with that. Also, they seemed too wobbly. I called support and they explained that for unknown reasons the manufacturing process releases such kits from time to time. They offered to replace the set without forcing me to return the first one and even said they would test it before sending it to me to make sure they were ok. When the new ones arrived, the 5 star ratings took on a lot more meaning. I've been using them for several months and they work great. They look stylish and retain moisture from the salt during the wetter months. Customer service is great so I just wanted to make sure and give them 10 bunny ears and a nice functional product in return.
