Food sticks and the "coating " wears off.
This grill pan was good to begin with. But if you fry a lot of food, it wears out pretty quickly. I had mine for a year before throwing it in the trash. You need lots of cooking spray to keep food from sticking to the grill, and even oil will make food stick. Then using metal utensils to remove the food will scratch the coating. I will never waste money on those fake wandless pans ever again. They're good for a while. but then they are flimsy junk.
