Burns like crazy and smells aweful.
Received my cream today and put it on, because of the pain level. The minute I opened the jar, the smell was horrible. I ignored it and put some of it on anyway . About 5 minutes later, the pain from the cream was awful. I had to wash it off. I wish I could return it, but I know I can't. Just be aware of the smell and that if your sensitive to certain creams, this is one of them.
