Too delicate. the best of hydrometers
The first instrument arrived broken in a plastic mailing tube. The replacement device arrived safely in a box. For added protection I placed the new block in the plastic tube of the first block and placed it in a cardboard box. When I took it out to use, the second block was broken. I bought an EZ Red Battery hydrometer. Not quite as accurate, but much stronger.
