Great photos! Software Sucky

Amazing resolution and color accuracy, superb image quality! The software is terrible. It took 4 hours to install and reinstall the awful software! It also crashes when its resolution exceeds 600 dpi. I have a brand new hp envy with 12gb and 8gb ram, intel 7, windows 10, it shouldn't be like that! Luckily I only need 600 dpi and it's finally installed!
