Effective! in my review

This is awesome but pricey! This was effective for me! I get way better sleep now! Will follow up with my Dr. for medical options for continuous snoring though even with my mouth taped. I recommend to anyone that is a mouth breather for a quick fix solution though.

WoodyKnows Deep Sleep Mouth Tape is also an excellent tool for maintaining the shape of your face, which is important for preventing wrinkles and other signs of aging
