Review on PEET Dehumidifier Control Humidity Moisture by Stephanie Armijo

I installed this item in my Liberty gun safe after noticing a few spots of rust starting to form on some of my guns. I live in North Carolina where the weather is very hot and the humidity is stuffy. My safe is in my unair-conditioned garage, so keeping the contents dry is an uphill battle. The rod works well but not well enough for my climate. I keep 2-3 containers of Damp-Rid in the safe and they suck an incredible amount of water out of the cabin even with the rod running. The rod itself will perform well in a drier environment, but if you have a humid climate then it needs help.
