Review on 🍳 ELO Skyline 10-Piece Stainless Steel Kitchen Induction Cookware Set with Ventilated Lids by Jane Cuperus

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Very high quality construction, small problems with ergonomics.

Normally very good quality; durable and easy to care for. I would give 5 stars instead of 4 but there are a few things I don't like. 1) The "handle" of the lid gets very hot, so a glove or oven mitt is required. The problem is that the tissue holder is difficult to grip and the lids can easily slip out of your hands if you're not extra careful and push as hard as you can. 2) The bottom edge of the lid top of the pots is sharp. I cut myself on the headband while washing because I wasn't careful enough. It should be smooth, not sharp. On the plus side (a huge +++ in my opinion) there are no gray spots on the metal surface of these pots or lids. In the last few years, every other "stainless steel" (I don't know what to believe) cookware I've bought has left a gray residue on the towels when drying. When new it was overkill but even now after 3 years of use leftovers are still a problem. For that reason alone I will be replacing them all with ELO cookware because I don't want to risk metal getting into my products.
