Folded rugs are never fixed

This rug looked like it would be perfect for our grandson's bedroom and the design was great. However, for some reason, the seller feels that the most efficient way to ship the rug is to fold it five or six times. causes the fabric to wrinkle. They even mention it in the note suggesting that the creases will go away after a few days of installation - NOT TRUE. Our rug has been sitting for 2 months now and the creases are still clearly visible making it cheap and undesirable. We will look for alternative ways to iron out the creases or just buy a new carpet.
