This was my first time cooking in a vertical fryer and luckily my kids and family weren't in the kitchen preparing dinner when suddenly there was an explosion in the kitchen. When we got there, there was broken glass everywhere. Of course the dinner was ruined but other than that we were all very scared and shocked by the outcome. As a buyer, I expected this car to have at least tempered glass to protect consumers. Please avoid buying this machine as it is literally a time bomb putting your family at risk.
