I bought a 0-30 pressure gauge and it works as advertised. However, I installed it on my diesel outboard motor, which vibrates a little. The needle quickly jumps about 10psi above and below actual pressure, making it very difficult to read. I put a second sensor on the motor that checks for accuracy. I put a pressure gauge on the end of an 8 inch rubber pressure hose and if I hold it away from the engine the pressure gauge will stabilize. But when I mount it next to the engine (where it usually is) the needle starts twitching. In my situation I think an oil filled gauge would be the best option.
