The bags are sturdy and more than strong enough to withstands the pressure needed to really squeeze out the almond pulp for almond milk. Cleaning it isn’t difficult at all, but definitely requires a little more effort and probably should be done quickly after making your ‘mylk’ as it will have a tendency to get a bit stinky from the dampness. I recommend making your milk, emptying out the pulp asap and giving it good soapy wash and rinse and hanging it to dry immediately after you use it. It’s a great product and I’d highly recommend it!
