All this was on xiaomi and I did not think that such elementary things might not exist.

Before that, there was a phone with a diagonal of 6.9 inches, it’s only 0.1 inch smaller, but the video on YouTube is less than one and a half times exactly, due to the aspect ratio, in general, there is not enough benefit from such a screen for YouTube.

The colors are either too bright or completely dull, it’s impossible to set something average.

It is surprising that in 2022, officially, there is no goodlock application, there are many convenient and necessary settings. Installed, of course, according to the instructions on the Internet, but why there is no official support, it is not clear

Conclusion

In general, I am satisfied with the phone, I will buy a case with a battery for it and everything will be fine. Weight and size don't matter to me, the bigger the better. Moreover, it is initially smaller than my old phone.

I would like Samsung to think more about their phones in terms of real use, and not in terms of loud figures in the characteristics and bright advertising. Then, of course, Apple would have no chance, and so, alas, parity.

For that kind of money, it makes no sense to take an ultra, you have to turn everything off on it, or buy a huge battery case. S21 plus will be a more adequate purchase, in terms of price-quality ratio.

Pros

Much that did not work well in xiaomi (almost everything) works very well here. The keyboard is comfortable, puts commas and periods where necessary, abbreviations work fine, the notes application is really convenient and in general the software from Samsung is quite adequate and thoughtful. I would say it's definitely not much worse than Apple's. The screen responds well with gloves, wet hands are not a problem, the top speaker is also normally audible during a call. The biggest problem is the battery, you need to turn off all 120 hertz - turn it off, set the resolution to 720, turn off 5G, turn off the brightness - less, save more energy, close the applications (why do we need 16 GB of RAM - it's not clear) We put on fast charging and do not approach this phone . Otherwise, the battery flies just like that. Why I bought a top phone for a lot of money to turn everything off on it is not clear. The fingerprint is really slow and inaccurate, to the point of inconvenience. You can add only 4 fingers, I added all 4 of the same and it still does not always work. If you add a finger only once, then it will work every other time. Face unlock - in principle, it works, but not as cool as on an iPhone. Often makes mistakes and thinks for a long time, if there is not enough light, it does not work. The 120 hertz screen is cool, but eats up the battery even at 720p, if you set it higher, the phone will last until noon at most. I had to disable this feature. By default, 5G is enabled and eats up the battery. 108MP camera, very hard for him, heats up and slows down, purple artifacts come out when there is a lack of light. If there is no spotlight at hand, the difference in quality will not be very significant. You need a lot of light. With all these features, the phone can not be used, it heats up and sits down quickly. Disabled everything superfluous and set the resolution to 720p, while it's fine. It's just not clear why then pay so much money for a phone if half of the chips are not usable.
