Bought a dual sensor system in January 2021. Our system is a 2020 version with smaller sensors. The system lost network connection only once after the firmware update. Reset HUB and it's been working fine ever since. One of the original smaller sensors stopped working and support immediately sent us an updated 2021 temp/humidity sensor. The support team was great and easy to work with. One sensor is used indoors in our freezer and the other sensor is in our hot tub as we live in the north and use it as a freeze sensor. Works perfectly! The spa sensor was vacuum packed using our Foodsaver vacuum system. This keeps it dry as the sensors are internal sensors and shouldn't get wet. If you need to keep track of a freezer or even a hot tub I would recommend the MOCREO system.
