Bought a dual sensor system in January 2021. Our system is a 2020 version with smaller sensors. The system lost network connection only once after the firmware update. The instructions for pairing a sensor with a hub shows a round sensor with a button to pair the sensor. This is not a sensor that comes with this product. To connect the square sensor to the hub you need to insert the rounded pin into the small hole next to the charging connector on the sensor (see pictures). I bought this unit to monitor air conditioners in offices to see if the performance of the air conditioners could be improved with fewer compressor cycles and run time.
