The package I received was quite dry and hard - I could barely use it.
The package I received was quite dry and hard - I could hardly use it in the pasta machine without adding oil and constantly kneading it, but then it got a lot of air bubbles that caught it in a fire caught fun way in the oven. Since then I've been buying it from my local store for a higher quality batch.
