The glasses are very nice, the rings work well. I'm having a lot of trouble getting a permanent seal out of the lids. I had a 1/3 chance of rejection. I make jam as an artisanal product and the loss of product is very disappointing. I eat my winnings and hand out jars of jam. All solutions are appreciated. I also ordered a box of 150 capsules but they had the same problem. Today I made jam and lost 2 jars out of 8 because the lid didn't close. I would take the blame but I've been making jam for a restaurant for 7 years and this is the first time I've had problems like this. I hope you can fix it.
