The product is not perfect but FOREVER GUARANTEE

We have been buying OXO silicone spatulas (biscuits and large sizes) for 8-10 years. Buy it, break it, and then buy another one. Same flaw here - I don't think there is an ideal way to integrate silicone and metal into the spatula body without the metal eventually tearing the silicone. The same thing happened with the DI ORO set, but after reading the rave reviews about their customer service and guarantee, I contacted the seller and the reviews didn't lie. It was very easy to get us a replacement and I would not hesitate to buy a DI ORO product again.
