At the moment, everything that is described below has been corrected. 4 points, because it does not show the actual temperature in Alice, otherwise everything is ok. Thanks for the quick fix! Initially, I worked with Alice, it was possible to turn it on and off, adjust the temperature, but then an inversion occurred, when turned on through Alice, the warm floor turned off, and vice versa, you can’t set the temperature accordingly (“This device does not support temperature control”). I wrote to technical support, they sent it to Tuya, and those to the manufacturer, both say we provide the platform, and what the manufacturer does, they apparently do not care. Dear developers, I see the problem only in your application, everything works correctly with Tuya. PS I followed all the recommendations from support (deleting the device, logging out of accounts, reinstalling applications). Nothing helped. Tuya technical support wrote that someone had an ate on 02/17/2023.
