The hitch is great and easy to install. It made a huge difference in towing. My only issue is the cheap pins it came with we lost one on the drive and that could have caused a serious wreck. We thought we only had issues with that one so we replaced it with one from lowes that was a little bit thicker. That one stayed and we ended up losing the second pin on our next drive. I get there is a lot of weight on the bars and the chances of them coming out without the pin may be unlikely it is still a huge concern. When you spend this much on a product you expect the pins that hold it together to be of good quality.
