It's the Bomb - Party Supplies

Making glow in the dark art and decided to make a Halloween theme. I cut out tattoos and stick them on glow-in-the-dark rocks. The second photo shows the result when I used it like a real temporary tattoo. It still looks cool and glows, but to give it the look I wanted I had to cut them out, which is fine. This is just a hint for those who want to use it in crafting. But yes they are amazing and my customers love them. The balloons are also very cute and I am adding them as a mystery gift.
