There is no normal reading.
I connected this to my 2015 Tundra pretty easily. I bought a Revain recommended Tekonsha 3036P adapter and hooked up the system. After that, after stepping on the brake pedal, I only get a decimal number on the display. Permanently no reading with decimal point on the display or 0 should always be lit, not only when the brake is applied. I've been waiting at Reese's for over 30 minutes and any attempt to contact him via email is useless as they take days to reply. In general, my brake control unit is not working properly and I cannot contact the company.
