Not pleased, honestly
Overall, the chain is flimsy and easily broken. The pendant itself seems pretty durable, but it’s also super hard to get any ashes into it. It’s tiny, compared to other urn necklaces I’ve seen. I’m not very pleased with it, seeing as I had to turn around and purchase a brand new chain because the other one snapped. Not very durable in that aspect. For the price you pay, and the importance of this necklace, you’d think it would come on something a bit less flimsy to keep it from being broken or lost.
