I was so excited to get this necklace it has my Granny's roses from her casket inside of it. I've only had this for 2 and a 1/2 weeks and looking at the picture one day I just looked at it and it looked like that I haven't taken it off I wear it in the shower I wear it everywhere I go it's ridiculous. I'm hoping to either get it replaced or something I don't even know right now what I want.

Pretty but not as crisp and clear as the photo. I still liked them and my family members were happy with these. A little difficult to get the remains to fit in the tiny opening of necklace. I loved the idea that they will always have a part of their loved one close to them as they wear the necklace.

I purchased two of these took them to the funeral home, and they were unable to open them to fill them. They are nice in appearance and would be a good product if it were not for the fact that they are not usable as advertised.

Overall, the chain is flimsy and easily broken. The pendant itself seems pretty durable, but it’s also super hard to get any ashes into it. It’s tiny, compared to other urn necklaces I’ve seen. Neckless had black spot all over the back of the heart and on one side. It looks like water damage or chemical damage. I tried removing the stain with soap and water and with rubbing alcohol but it didn’t work.

I had them engrave "always" on the back of this, and that's what it means. A connection with a great love now lost. That's my feedback.

I would give this zero stars if I could. My 16 year old son chose this because his best friend loved to play the guitar and was killed in a tragic car accident a few months ago, so he thought that it would be a perfect way to carry his friend’s ashes. Within 2 hours of wearing it it began to tarnish and now looks awful. He is extremely disappointed.

Love it but once we put the ashes in the top broke off so we had to super glue it back together. May not be customizable or personalized enough for some customers. But it is cute.

This actually looks much better in person than in the photo. Service was fast and the quality is great for the price. The only complaint I have is that the funnel doesn't work. It's very cumbersome and the cremains do not flow through the funnel opening. It's too small. It's possible to just scoop them into the locket with a very small spoon.
