Must read if you love wine! I liked it when I first received it and was very excited. I used it to store wine. I make wine every year and my pH is in the normal range. I made a Pinot Grigio and after about 9 months of storage I filled a bottle to put in the fridge and it smelled funny. I opened it up and there are literally metal shavings inside and at the bottom. I cleaned it beforehand as stated, my wine uses no preservatives and only wood shavings. sap and wood. I want my money back. I've been drinking for about 7 months now. Responses indicated storing wine and liquids, including vinegar.
