Worn as described. Factory assembled at minimal cost. The installation took me about 1 hour. You will need to do an alignment as this will shift your caster/camber a bit and throw the steering out a few degrees, but this is to be expected from any lift or alignment kit. I used it on the cockpit and chassis of a 2016 Ram 3500 HD.
