Gasket missing: Parts

The filter arrived on time and is the correct part, but the tiny green rubber gasket that was supposed to be fitted to the top of the filter is missing and missing from the box. Now it's too late for a return or complaint as I ordered it a few months ago. I had to replace the old gasket with a used filter.
