The best thing about this software it's ease of use, I can easily navigate through my account with out having to learn any new programs or training courses! It's not easy for people who don't understand computers well but those few steps aren't complicated at all once they get used too them. This program allows me access from anywhere allowing me time savings when managing on road crews in remote locations such as Florida where we are located now and traveling around our states and country doing jobsites daily. The ability to manage multiple fleet locations and drivers. It is very easy to use and allows the user to manage all the information easily. I wish it would have more features to help with my fleet and was not limited to just the US. It is a great program and easy to use. Fleet management has become easier with Fleet Director. We are able to keep track of our drivers and fleet. We are also able to see where our drivers are and what they are doing.
