Review on 🔵 Pentek Blue Polypropylene High Flow Pleated Black by Angela Banks

I installed this unit in my home as the "first line of defense" in my filtration system. It is designed for sediment blocking filters so my UV filter ensures clean water gets in. So far it has served its purpose very well with a 5 micron string filter. I'll give a reliability rating later when I've accumulated enough hours. The unit is too heavy to easily hang from pipes without a separately purchased bracket. It also came with no screws to attach it to the bracket. A call to the supplier solved the problem. They happily sent the 4 screws required. I'd suggest they come with every Big Blue appliance as they're unlikely to be found in a typical homeowner's hardware inventory. So it requires an extra trip to the local hardware store if you happen to have one nearby. I would also advise a mounting bracket, even if it comes with a price increase. This is analogous to buying a car and then ordering the basic wheels as accessories.
