We've been using this call blocker for a few months now. It seemed to do what we wanted and then got call attempts from my son which were blocked by this call blocker. I don't know why, we didn't instruct him to block his calls but he added his number to the blocked list more than once after deleting it. I removed all automatic call blocking features, so this shouldn't be a problem. I guess I'll just be careful with this call blocker and buy a slightly more expensive one that might work a little better. I'd say it worked pretty well, except for a couple of blacklisted numbers that shouldn't be there. Family Rooms and the company treated me very well and offered to send another unit or refund my purchase. I got another block and tried it but got the same results. They then returned my purchase. If I were looking for a blocker I would try this one and see if it works.
