All Hon chairs used to be used in my office. Not only is this chair uncomfortable and cheap to assemble, but to my surprise, all of these new Hon "Basyx" chairs are made in China. At this price, we've completely switched to the Lorell USA line, and the quality, comfort, and durability are A LOT. transcend it. My question is, can Lorell make his chairs in the USA (and we got ours cheaper than Hons back then) for the same price WITH BETTER BUILD QUALITY (like all metal joints) and BETTER COMFORT. What does Hon even do?
