Awesome amazing stand! Very well made and not thin at all. This stand was used to install the 21.5" Huion GT-220 v2 IPS Graphic Graphic Monitor. I needed to get the monitor into a comfortable position for drawing, which isn't always a static position. That's cool!** If this is your first time installing this mount ** Install the monitor FIRST before doing anything! To adjust the tension by holding the arm down (works best with two people) and the large hex screw in the middle of the arm I didn't know which direction (+ or -) went. Try adjusting the tension by turning the center arm hex once. was frustratingly slow. So I turned the hex all the way in one direction. and then EVERYTHING in another.Having a second pair of hands to keep my hand down while I do this and hold the monitor (just in case) isn't necessary but very very very helpful! There is one stop in each direction. I was afraid of crossing the point of no return, but that's not going to happen. The stand is very high quality! I wish this was explained in the instructions but that's why I posted this review. as I haven't seen anyone address this particular question. This is an amazing stand and I am very happy with my purchase. I paid full price and did not receive a discount for this review.
