The customer support team at Capitol has been incredibly responsive throughout every step in building out this system with us! I am so impressed by how quick they were able fix issues we experienced during implementation (we had some very complex requirements). They also helped design all aspects around what would be most user friendly from an admin standpoint - even when it was not something directly related or requested initially- which speaks volumes about them being true professionals who really get your organization's goals/needs into theirs workflows / processes seamlessly without any hiccups along way!! Highly recommend working together if you're looking forward towards solving communication challenges within large groups like chambers across different states. Our biggest challenge right now? Getting people used too because its easy once things start happening but getting folks engaged early will make life much easier later down road. ! Make sure everyone knows exactly why using CAPITOL IS A MUST HAVE FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION. !!
