Incredibly Professional and Comprehensive Support

The customer support team at Capitol has been incredibly responsive throughout every step in building out this system with us! I am so impressed by how quick they were able fix issues we experienced during implementation (we had some very complex requirements). They also helped design all aspects around what would be most user friendly from an admin standpoint - even when it was not something directly related or requested initially- which speaks volumes about them being true professionals who…

Excellent Customer Service & Implementation

The design team at Capitoli was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for in an email marketing tool - they listened intently when it came time to implement (which took some convincing sometimes). A few features like scheduling could be better laid out but overall I'm happy with how easy-to-use this system has been so far! They're always willing/able to make suggestions or changes if you've got questions along your implementation journey. If you need simple yet effective solutions then…

Capitol Impact: The quick and easy social media page/website. I would use this platform in a minute!

I like how easy it was to create an account/login with my credentials from another site (iTunes). After creating this login profile we were able to connect all other sites in one place so there's less work having multiple accounts across different platforms. It would be great if you could see what your page looks like before publishing but maybe they're working towards adding features like this?
