These pajama bottoms are soft, good looking and comfortable. And they are VERY flexible. So you can order one size smaller than your waist and they'll still be comfortable and won't slide down as easily. I chose XLT followed by a second large tall order. They feel about the same, but Big Tall just feels "safer". Actually I haven't had XLT panties yet, they just feel like they could. I'll come back and change this estimate if I run into any post-wash issues (but since they're almost semi-synthetic, they probably won't shrink.
