I really liked this lock at first. It's great to have 3 options (RFID, numbers and key). I had this on my front door so the number pad was outside but under the awning. After a few months the keyboard stopped working but the RFID tags worked. I turned to the company for advice and help as there is no documentation online or on their website. I felt like I was in a very bad vaudeville sketch. The responder completely misunderstood my message and thought I asked for programming instructions. So I indicated. Then he thought I asked for the metal key. So I repeated. Then he talked about RFID tags. This went over several messages in which he answered everything except what I asked about. He (I assume he) had to work hard to keep misinterpreting what I wrote so comically. I commended him for his quick replies (less than 24 hours) but I was just amazed at how forgetful he was. He ended up saying I had a defective keyboard, which is what it sounded like. I asked if it was covered under warranty and he said their warranty is only one month. If a company only offers a one-month warranty, that should tell you something. That tells me they know this material breaks quickly and easily. While I love having an electronic lock I will not make the mistake of trusting this company again. I also urge you not to trust them. However, if you want to laugh, contact me for copies of the emails. My advice: Electronic locks are great, but this company and lock are NO. Avoid.
