fits my 2wd 6.0 lq4 with standard cab long bed 2004 2500hd had to literally cut the old lever off. ARM OUT, THIS WILL DAMAGE THE STEERING GEAR and you cannot hit it hard enough to remove it. Remove the stabilizer, maybe add a sway bar kit for power suspension while it's off like me ;) then cut right through the bipod arm with a cutting wheel. I used a 4 inch Dewalt sander. Be sure to wear goggles and a coat it should be almost fall. Be sure to push the connecting rod out of the center link before removing the connecting rod from the gearbox. Have fun, it sucks and doesn't smash the gear shaft and splines
