Good product.: Creatine

Creatine works very well. how do you ask I'm a weightlifter, I'm about 30 years old. I've been training since I was a teenager. I've tried creatine before but never really got into it because I didn't like the taste or I just stopped because I felt like it wasn't doing anything. Above all. Everyone thinks that creatine will help build muscle. Yes, that's true, but it really isn't. Creatine helps repair muscles after intense workouts, so you can go back to the gym tomorrow and do it all over again. Helps relieve pain, muscle spasms, helps muscle recovery. If you do your research, the creatine dose at this brand is actually quite high. Much more than what the average person needs, especially if you are a meat eater. (In case you didn't know, you get creatine naturally when you eat meat). I only use this product right after my post workout meal. Creatine is better absorbed when taken with sugar. To stay healthy you need complex sugars like potatoes, rice, oatmeal. (Complexing sugars are anything that becomes sugars in your body). Some take creatine with apple juice on the go. The taste is normal, it almost does not dissolve in water. I personally don't care. I just put it in a small glass of water. Down is very fast. Then I drink a full glass. Results - with less pain I can go to the gym the next day and train hard just like the day before. I get severe muscle cramps from overusing my muscles and my muscles tend to tighten up. Creatine reduced the likelihood of this happening. My strength has increased somewhat, but in my defense, I don't go into battle as often as I'd like. Weight wise I've gained about 10 pounds and it's not like I take it every day. I went from 180 to 190. Is it because of creatine that I'm gaining weight? I don't think with higher intensity workouts you burn more energy, get hungrier and build more muscle for recovery. If you don't want to gain weight, then control your diet to reach your goals. It's all over now. I hope this helps someone.
