My wrist is 6.1 inches and although the chart says M I chose Small and it fits perfectly! I like that BOA is easy to put on and take off. My wrist and thumb are already feeling some relief and the swelling on the thenar has gone down. I thought my pain was due to a pinched nerve in the muscle as I had just had ACDF and the nerves in my hands were still irritated from - due to over-sensitive nerves, but I realized that shoulder and elbow pain was from C5/C6- Radiculopathy pain from severe C5/C6 hernias and bone spurs resolved within 3 years. why I had to have ACDF surgery so it was determined that the pain in my wrist/thumb was caused by the carpal tunnel. This brace is the best support brace and the fit and ease of use are perfect!
