I don't think whoever wrote the copy on their box knows what "HEAVY POWER" means. It's just stupid! I bought these to hold the tarp on the canopy frame. A week and a half goes by and the floor is littered with these things, their rubber band ripped and torn. Bandages that have not yet ruptured have *all* lost elasticity. Has anyone *outside* ever used them? The packaging says these ball bungees are good for tarps. I guess there are people who put tarpaulins in their houses or apartments, but I don't know anyone, that's for sure. I had to spend over an hour in the heat of summer reinstalling a bungee that I've had since 2010 and it still retains its elasticity. I don't appreciate wasted time. My 1 star rating is actually a 0 star rating.
